Oops! I purchased a digital version, instead of a physical print on accident.

Firstly, do not download the prints. We cannot refund the sale if the item has been downloaded. Let us know immediately via our email (emailus@gelliandcodesign.co.nz) and if you have not clicked 'download' we will sort out a refund for you.

I've ordered my prints in Digital format, what type of files will they be?

All of our prints come in .zip files. Just double click on the file and it will open for you. The images are named according to printable size and are .PNG files.

I have my Digital images, now what?

You now have the freedom to print them in any way you wish! You have the option of printing three different sizes. We suggest you use the App or Website Printicular. This links up with your local Warehouse Stationary. While you are in store, you can pickup a frame. 

If you prefer to have your images printed, framed and shipped direct to you we suggest you use Framefox. This website allows you to upload your digital image to their platform and choose whatever finish you want. All of their frames are custom made and are high quality. Highly recommend!  

I've printed my image or received my print and something is not quite right, what should I do?

Contact us at emailus@gelliandcodesign.co.nz if you have any issues. We will work with you to resolve the issue. 

I am looking for something in particular, but can't find it - can you help?

Yes! We can work with you to create a design that meets your needs, or alter existing designs. Contact us on emailus@gelliandcodesign.co.nz and we'll see what we can do.

I want to see your range before I buy - How do I do that?

How long will it take for me to receive my order?

Digital downloads are available immediately after purchase. To find out more about shipping and timeframes please head to our Shipping page.
